Established in 2014 by Andie Verbance-Crean, BY LAND + SEA began as a multi-brand sales agency focused on global growth, specializing in establishing international brands in the U.S. market. Over the years, we've worked with brands from all over the world across every aspect of sales — consulting, merchandising, hemisphere alignment, importing product, and strategic brand placement.

Today, BY LAND + SEA provides in-house level sales support for elevated apparel, accessories, beauty, and home brands, with a focus on independently owned labels. We proudly work with designers from around the world — who produce their goods in fair trade, sustainable and ethical ways.

We offer boutique-level attention: dedicated account care, a direct line of communication, and hands-on strategy for growth. It's a sales partnership built entirely around the brand, backed by nearly two decades of experience and expertise.
